2. These terms

These terms apply to your use of our website and to any order you place with us. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.

3. Our products

Our pods are built to order to the specification agreed with you. Images and colours on screen are a guide; finishes may vary slightly. We may make minor changes to specification, for example to meet safety requirements or where a component is replaced by one of equal or better quality. We will tell you before making any change that affects what you have ordered.

4. Prices and payment

Prices include VAT. Delivery and installation charges are set out in our Delivery & Installation Policy. Full payment is taken at checkout when you place your order. Where finance is offered, it is subject to status and provided by a third-party lender; the lender's details are given before you apply.

5. Your order

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline an order, for example if the product is unavailable, we cannot deliver to your address, or there is an obvious pricing error; if we do, we will refund anything you have paid.

6. Delivery, cancellation and returns

We deliver to the UK mainland. Delivery and installation are covered by our Delivery & Installation Policy. Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Guarantees and your legal rights

Our guarantee is described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy and on each product page. It is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights as a consumer. We supply our products for domestic and private use; if you use them for business purposes, we are not liable for loss of profit, business or opportunity.

9. Using our website

You may use our website to browse and buy our products. You must not use it unlawfully, try to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, or copy our content for commercial use without our permission.

10. Shopping assistants and AI agents

You may use a software assistant or AI agent to browse our website, compare our products or place an order on your behalf. Any order placed by an agent on your behalf is your order, and these terms apply to it. Agents must not misrepresent who they act for, circumvent security measures, or send automated requests at a volume that degrades the website for other users. We may limit or block automated access that does not meet these conditions.

11. Relationship with Shopify

Our website is powered by Shopify. Any sale you make on this website is made directly with BBQ Grill Pods Limited. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and us.

12. Your personal information

We use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.

13. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control. If such an event affects your order, we will contact you as soon as possible and, if the delay is significant, you may cancel for a refund of anything you have paid for products not yet received.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place your order apply to that order.

15. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales; if you live in Scotland, you can also bring proceedings in the Scottish courts. If you have a complaint, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it.
