Frequently asked questions

Answers to the questions we are asked most about BBQ Grill Pods: getting started, visiting the showroom, and designing a pod around your garden. Can't find what you need? Get in touch and our team will help.

Getting started

What information should I include in my enquiry?

The more context the better: roughly where the pod would go, the space you have, how you plan to use it, any access considerations, and photos of the garden if you have them. Your postcode helps us understand location, and a rough timescale and budget range help us point you in a realistic direction.

Do I need to know exactly what I want before getting in touch?

Not at all. Plenty of people start with an idea rather than a plan. A short conversation is usually enough to work out which options are worth exploring, and there is no obligation to go further.

Showroom visits

Can I visit a BBQ Grill Pod before I decide?

Yes. Seeing a pod in person is the easiest way to judge scale, finish and how the space works. Get in touch and we will arrange a suitable time for you to come and look round.

How do I arrange a showroom visit?

Send an enquiry or book a call and we will agree a time that suits you. The showroom is at Unit 1, Vallis Trading Estate, Frome, Somerset, BA11 3DT. Please arrange your visit with us before travelling.

Design & customisation

Can you help me choose the right pod and layout?

That is a large part of what we do. Tell us about your garden, how you like to cook and entertain, and we will talk you through which pods and layouts suit that. What is possible will depend on the pod you choose, your site and the specification you settle on.

Can a pod be tailored to my garden and the way I entertain?

Options such as layout, appliances, seating, lighting and entertainment can be discussed as part of your project. The scope of what can be adjusted depends on the pod range, the specification chosen and the practicalities of your site, so we work through it with you rather than assuming.

Delivery & installation

Is delivery and installation included?

Yes, within a 3-hour radius of our Frome showroom, subject to a site survey. Every pod is delivered fully assembled and is positioned, fixed and connected by our own team. Beyond the 3-hour radius, each extra hour is charged at £100 inc. VAT. Your pod needs a level hardstanding that can take its weight and a flat access route at least 1.2 m wide from the kerb; if a crane or HIAB is needed, we will quote for it after the survey.
