Deliveries

The cost of delivery & installation of our BBQ Grill Pods is included with the total price within a 3-hr radius of our showroom in Frome, Somerset, subject to a site survey. Every hour after this is charged at £100 inc vat. For example, if you are 5 hours from us your charge would be £200 inclusive of VAT.

We currently deliver and install across the UK mainland (England, Wales and mainland Scotland).

The Pod is delivered by us fully assembled. If the final location of the pod from kerbside is not accessible via a flat access route that’s 1200mm wide we may need a HIAB or a crane. This will be an extra charge and quoted after discussion with our design team.

We can connect into water services & electrics, but these must be ready for plug and play. We do not install external water or electric services.

Your pod will need a hardstanding surface capable of taking the weight of the unit (please check spec).

We will need to fix the unit to the floor once in position. Any questions please ask the design team.

Current lead times for Our Signature Range are 10-12 weeks from order confirmation.
Made in UK models are 4-6 weeks, depending on custom options.
