Where we deliver

We currently deliver and install across the UK mainland (England, Wales and mainland Scotland). We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland or the islands.

Delivery charges

Delivery and installation are included in the price within 3 hours' travel of our showroom. Beyond that, we charge £100 including VAT for each extra hour of travel. For example, if you are 5 hours from us, the charge is £200 including VAT. We will confirm any charge before you order.

Lead times

Our Signature Range: 10–12 weeks. Made in UK: 6–8 weeks.

Lead times run from the date we confirm your order. Bespoke options may add time; we will confirm your expected delivery window in writing when you order and agree a delivery date with you nearer the time. If we cannot deliver within the agreed period, we will tell you as soon as possible and you may cancel for a full refund.

Preparing your site

A level hardstanding surface able to take the weight of your pod. Check your pod's specification or ask our design team.

A flat access route at least 1,200 mm wide from the kerb to the final position. If access is narrower or not flat, we may need a HIAB or crane, which is quoted separately after a discussion with our design team.

Water and electrical supplies ready to connect. We connect the pod to supplies that are ready to plug in; we do not install external water or electrical services. Electrical supplies should be installed by a qualified electrician.

On the day

Your pod arrives fully assembled and is installed by our team, including fixing it to the ground. Someone aged 18 or over must be present. If we cannot complete delivery because the site or access is not as agreed, we will arrange a new date and may charge for the wasted visit; we will confirm that cost with you before rebooking.

Ownership and risk

The pod becomes your responsibility once it has been delivered. It becomes your property once we have received full payment.
